Connect with CIC colleagues during the 2011 Annual Meeting of the Association for Asian American Studies by attending the CIC-Asian American Studies Consortium/AAAS Mentoring Breakfast on Saturday, May 21.
The goals of this working breakfast are to connect mentees and mentors, engage in conversations with each other about professional and academic development, and collectively explore ideas regarding meaningful career options in the field.
The breakfast will take place at the Sheraton New Orleans, 500 Canal St., and will begin at 7:30 a.m. Space is limited, and it is recommended that interested attendees reserve a seat online in advance. A minimum $5 participation fee is requested.
The breakfast is jointly sponsored by the Committee on Institutional Cooperation - Asian American Studies Consortium (CIC-AASC) and the Association for Asian American Studies.
