An article in the latest issue of Higher Education Consortia magazine singles out the Committee on Institutional Cooperation as one of the nation’s most successful consortia.
In his essay, “Leaderful Behavior: How Cost Containment Is Enabled by Collaborative Behavior,” Phillip DiChiara wrote: “The nation’s best consortia, like Five Colleges, CIC and Claremont, do far more by creating capacity for change.”
DiChiara is the managing director of the Boston Consortium for Higher Education.
