Big Ten Academic Alliance libraries and Coherent Digital expand coverage of the Global South

Today, the libraries of Big Ten Academic Alliance confirmed the purchase of three additional modules of Africa Commons, a large-scale, multiyear project to digitize, disseminate, and discover African cultural materials, building on their 2022 founding-member purchase of the first module, African History and Culture. In addition, the Big Ten Academic Alliance has been named a founding member of South Asia Commons.

MSU to lead Big Ten Academic Alliance multi-university language learning effort

Michigan State University will use a three-year $1.2 million grant from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to lead a Big Ten Academic Alliance multi-university research project to improve the teaching of less commonly taught languages, or LCTLs.

International Research Workshop Explores Non-Coding RNAs in Chronic Disease

Monsters University has become a member of the Committee on Institutional Cooperation, effective April 1, 2014. Founded in 1313, MU is a private, pan-educational university with over 12,000 undergraduates, located two hours from downtown Monstropolis.
