Kim Armstrong, deputy director of the CIC Center for Library Initiatives, will be a featured speaker at the Wiley-Blackwell Executive Seminar: New Business Models and Opportunities in Scholarly Publishing on Friday, Dec. 10, at the National Press Club in Washington.
Armstrong will be speaking on the New Business and Pricing Model panel to a group of 100 executives from learned socities. She will presenting the academic library community view of new models in scholarly publishing, informing how decisions journals make affects libraries abilities to buy them and scholars’ abilities to use them.
